Let’s start at the very beginning…

Posted on Monday, December 31st, 2007 in Babbling.

It’s comforting to know that I’m not the first person in the world to blog. Of course, I won’t be the last, and if I thought either or any way of the above about myself, well, I’d be a pompous fool.

I’d assume that if you’re reading this much, you know who I am. Only a few friends have heard about me starting this blog, and I’m fine with that, I guess. For those that don’t know me, I’ll have my about page up soon, but a filler for the time being:

My name is Adam J. Cohen. Please, don’t confuse me with Adam Cohen, the son of Leonard Cohen. While I am a musician, and a lot of things in this blog will be about music, I could only wish to have a fraction of their talent. I’m the webmaster of TryingSoHard.com, which I used to use as my main page, but I’ll be using this site now. I have a LiveJournal, I’m found on Facebook and MySpace, as well as other sites. I write for HeyItsFree.net and frequent the forums over there too. I’m an english major and human resources management major at the University of Central Florida, and last but not least, I was recently married back in April to the woman who’s been crazy enough to be with me since late 2003, and we have three crazy furry children.

That’s me in a nutshell. I plan on using this for more professional themed thoughts, as well as to finally have an appropriate frontpage for my music as I see and think fit. I’ve still got a lot to learn and a lot of CSS and PHP to edit, and I haven’t a clue. So bear with me as I get things done, but my sole goal was to have something presentable by the end of 2007.

I think that this post and the colors you can see accomplish that in the least bit, wouldn’t you agree?
